Buying a mobile phone on amazon.com?
I looked around on the Internet and in a few clicks I at Amazon.com looking cell phones, which coincides since I am desperately looking for the perfect phone at a reasonable price (I go through phones like .. at least one person every 6 months because I could never find exactly what I am Anyway Either looking for.), I set my heart on a Blackberry. On Amazon.com, there are brand new BlackBerry Bold 9700 is available at $ 49.99 on the price original $ 499.99. When I noticed that the website com. proposes that the phones that are available on U.S. suppliers (not an option because I'm Canadian), I cross on it. ca site, only to find that the same phone is available for $ 499. Why is it so cheap in the states and not here?
$ 49.99 This price probably comes with a 2 year agreement of service, so the company has been selling by phone at cost or below cost, hoping they earn their money back after the first few months or first year of service, then start to make a profit. If I had to try this same purchase, I am informed that I am not entitled to $ 49.99 (as I am not starting a new service line and as I am not eligible at this time for an upgrade) and I'd be offered a different price.
