Android cell phone in Dubai?
So my brother is moving to Dubai soon and it is also due for a new cell phone. I have an Android phone (here in the U.S.) and had a too much for us to similar applications / Etc. Can I buy him an Android phone here (for example, outside of ebay) for him to use in Dubai? I could go with him to help settle in (and see the view while I'm there). If yes, would it be better to wait and buy it with him there? (He had obviously pay for the service, I just want her phone).
