South Euclid man arrested in Beachwood hostage standoff; 3 women freed
David Carrasquillo of South Euclid armed with a large handgun, entered a Beachwood salon at 6 p.m. Saturday, ordered a half dozen people to leave, and took an employee hostage. He didn’t know that two others were hiding in a nearby room. Police ended the standoff at 4 a.m. Sunday.
